We’re updating the way candidate applications are shown to Employers on GaijinPot Jobs. 

GaijinPot Jobs has always been crafted to be suit a different sensibility.

Many jobseekers tell us our layout and way-of-doing-things is very familiar and intuitive. This fall we’re updating our Employer’s Area to improve usability and match the same view jobseeker’s have when creating their applications for Job Postings. 

Besides your Employer Tools on the left, the center and right columns show candidate details exactly the way the jobseeker intended them to be seen while also allowing Employers to quickly screen and parse candidate information.
